Extrusion & Molding
The compounded rubber is processed through CNC automated extrusion and molding machines, forming rubber tubes with accurate size and thickness control.
Vulcanization (Curing)
Rubber tubes are vulcanized under controlled temperature and pressure, ensuring excellent elasticity, aging resistance, and long service life.
Cutting & Sizing
After curing, rubber tubes are cut into uniform rubber bands with precise width and diameter, meeting custom size requirements.
Surface Treatment & Drying
Rubber bands undergo surface treatment and drying, improving smoothness, anti-sticking performance, and user experience.
Custom Packaging & Labeling
Rubber bands are packed according to customer requirements, including OEM packaging, private labeling, and bulk or retail packing.
