Our latex rubber bands are refined from 100% pure natural rubber tree SAP (Hevea Brasiliensis), and impurities are removed through the centrifugal purification process while retaining the natural polymer chain structure. The product complies with the ISO 9001 quality management system and the EU REACH environmental protection standard, and is suitable for various scenarios such as food packaging, industrial strapping, and office document organization.
Product advantages
Our latex rubber bands can be stretched at a rate of up to 700% without breaking, and the elastic retention rate is over 85% after being stretched 1000 times repeatedly. It is resistant to aging in an environment ranging from -40℃ to 100℃, with an intensity loss of less than 10% after 500 hours of ultraviolet radiation. It has passed the FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 food contact certification, and its biodegradation rate reaches 90% within 12 months. We offer 8 standard sizes (length 12mm-200mm), with thickness tolerance controlled within ±0.05mm.
