High-temperature rubber bands are special elastic components designed for extreme working conditions. They are made with customized synthetic rubber formulas (silicone rubber/fluorine rubber base materials) and the molecular structure stability is enhanced through vulcanization processes. The product maintains its elasticity and physical properties within the temperature range of -60℃ to 300℃, far exceeding traditional natural rubber (temperature resistance ≤100℃).
Product advantages
Our high-temperature rubber bands have a continuous operating temperature range of -60℃ to +250℃. Peak tolerance temperature: 300℃ (≤2 hours). Dynamic tensile test: Permanent deformation rate < 8% after 10 million cycles. There were no cracks in the ozone aging test (50pphm×96h). Passed the FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 food contact certification, resistant to engine oil, weak acids and weak alkalis (pH 3-11 environment).
