Our small fat rubber bands are a thickened elastic strapping tape made of natural rubber + synthetic polymer. The product diameter ranges from 20-100mm and the thickness is up to 0.8mm, which is specially designed for heavy-duty strapping needs. Through the thermal oxidation aging process, the product life is extended by 300%, which meets the ISO 3302-1 international rubber standard.
Product advantages
Our small fat rubber bands are super elastic, with a stretch rate of up to 400% without breaking (the industry average is 250%), a rebound rate of >95%, and a loss of elasticity of <5% after repeated use for 100 times. It has excellent heat and weather resistance, with an operating temperature range of -30°C to +80°C, and no cracking after 500 hours of UV exposure. It is also safe and environmentally friendly, with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 food contact certification and EU RoHS 2.0, and does not contain phthalates.

Industrial packaging
suitable for bundling cables/pipes with a diameter of less than 50mm. A single rubber band can bear a static weight of 5kg.
