Natural rubber is made from latex of three leaf rubber, and the chemical name of the polymer is polyisoprene. Polyisoprene can also be polymerized from its rubber matrix monomers. Natural rubber has many excellent physical properties: the rebound rate can reach 50% -80% at 0-100 ℃, the elongation rate is 1000%, the tensile strength of pure rubber is 17-25Mpa, the carbon black reinforced vulcanized rubber can reach 25-35Mpa, the 500% tensile stress is above 12Mpa, the air tightness is good, and the osmotic shaking parameter is 2.969 * 10 H2 (s.Pa), similar to SBR. Its disadvantage is that it is not resistant to hydrocarbon oils and is not suitable for use in ultraviolet, oxygen, and ozone. But its poor weather resistance can be improved by special additives.

1. Temperature range

-50 ℃ -70 ℃, (can reach 100 ℃ in a short time)

2. Hardness range

Shore A 40 to 90 degrees

3. Color

Black, can also be specified by the customer.

4. Application

Natural rubber has good compatibility and can be used with many types of rubber. In the tire industry, natural rubber can be used to manufacture various parts such as tread, carcass, sidewall, as well as inner tubes. Natural rubber can also be used to make rubber hoses, tapes, general mechanical seals, sponge products, surgical medical supplies, latex products, etc.
