Compression molding
Commonly used compression molding methods are used to manufacture rubber products with complex shapes such as leather bowls and sealing rings. The rubber material is placed in the mold and heated to form with the help of molded female and male molds.
Injection molding
Used for more complex rubber products, such as tire treads, rubber hoses, and metal wire surface coating that require injection molding for manufacturing.
It is a method of continuously shaping a mixture of rubber with certain plasticity by placing it into the hopper of an extruder and extruding it through various mouth shapes, also known as templates, under the pressure of the screw. Before extrusion, the rubber material must be preheated to make it soft and easy to extrude, in order to obtain rubber products with smooth surfaces and accurate dimensions
Rolling forming
suitable for manufacturing simple sheet and plate-shaped products. It is a method of pressing rubber compound into a film of a certain thickness and width through a rolling machine, called rolling molding.
Some rubber products, such as tires, rubber tapes, hoses, etc., use textile fiber materials that must be coated with a thin layer of glue. Applying glue on the fibers is also called sticking glue or wiping glue, and the gluing process is usually completed on a rolling mill.
Fiber materials need to be dried and impregnated with glue before rolling, in order to reduce the moisture content of the fiber material, prevent water evaporation and foaming, and increase the temperature of the fiber material to ensure the quality of the rolling process.
Immersing glue is a necessary process before hanging glue, with the aim of improving the bonding performance between fiber materials and adhesive materials.
