What are the common sizes of rubber bands?

The scientific name for rubber bands is latex bands or latex tapes.

They are made from latex using a dipping process. They feature high elongation, good resilience, low price, and ease of use. The manufacturing process includes dipping, vulcanization, demolding, and cutting into rings (strips). They are primarily used for bundling items.

Features of rubber bands:

1. Rubber bands have exceptionally high elastic deformation and can be stretched to 700% or more.

2. After deformation, rubber bands quickly return to their original shape when external force is removed.

3. Their elastic modulus is extremely low, only 105 to 105 Pa. This means that even relatively small forces can cause significant deformation of the rubber band.

Common sizes (diameters) of rubber bands include: 06, 08, 25, 32, 38, 43, 50, 60, 70, 102, and 127.
Widths include: 0.9mm, 1.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, and 5mm.

Thickness: 0.9mm, 1.5mm, etc.

Daoak Company is a comprehensive enterprise specializing in the development, manufacturing, and sales of rubber bands, rubber rings, latex rings, silicone rings, and sealing rings. Our products are SGS ROHS certified. We prioritize environmental protection and sustainable development, continuously upgrading our technology to provide reliable rubber band solutions for a wide range of industries.

Our product features:
1. Vibrant colors, smooth surface, no oily sheen, and no white spots.
2. High toughness, high elongation, and excellent resilience, allowing for a wide range of stretch and expansion. The rubber is durable, non-sticky, and non-fading. Our non-migrating rubber guarantees colorfastness.
3. When used for bundling, the rubber band is resistant to low temperatures, does not yellow or stick, and is resistant to aging and corrosion. It will not break or leave marks on items.
4. We can customize various rubber band designs to meet customer requirements.
