The production process of colored rubber bands mainly includes the following steps:
Raw material preparation: First, polymer resin, plasticizer, filler, pigment and other additives need to be prepared. These raw materials are mixed and melted to form the basic material of rubber bands.
Extrusion molding: The molten raw materials are extruded into strips through an extruder and then cut into rubber bands of a certain length. In this process, colored rubber bands can be produced by adding pigments of different colors.
Vulcanization treatment: The extruded rubber bands need to be vulcanized to enhance their elasticity and durability. During the vulcanization process, the rubber bands are heated and kept under pressure for a period of time to make their internal structure more stable.
Quality inspection: The produced rubber bands need to be quality inspected to ensure that they meet the specified physical and chemical performance standards. Unqualified products will be eliminated to ensure the quality of the final product.
Packing and delivery: Qualified rubber bands will be packaged, usually in plastic bags or cartons, and then shipped out of the factory.
